AUSTRALIAN

Miranda Somerton Chardonnay
An elegant wine with aromas of citrus, apple and peach which combine beautifully with the subtle oat characters. The palate is rich with flavors of apple and citrus from the Semillion, which are complimented by the peach and dried fig character of Chardonnay on oak which created a medium bodied wine and creamy texture with a smooth lingering finish.

SOUTH AFRICAN

Kumala Semillion/Chardonnay
Represented by the aromas of tropical fruits which are enhanced by hints of citrus fruits, this delicious fresh and fruity wine possess great structure given by the fresh zesty acidity from the lightly toasted oak.

Kumala Carbenet Shiraz
A medium bodied wine represented by the colour of Ruby red. It has a delicious scent of juicy blackberry fruits further enhanced with flavours of vanilla and plums.

Castel Finest Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep and dark red in colour, present are the aromas of blackcurrant with a hint of vanilla and spices. It is full bodied with a silky texture, a perfect accompaniment to red meats and chocolate desserts.

This deep Ruby red wine has vibrant berry aromas and big riped fruit flavours. It lends it's versatility to both red and white meat dishes. It is also a perfect accompaniment for cheese and pasta dishes.

Castorani Majolica Rosé
A hint of black cherries with notes of exotic fruits, it is a light wine with a clean finish.

Canella Bellini Sparkling Wine Cocktail
Bellini is a cocktail which is composed of two parts sparkling wine, one part white peach juice (obtained from select, perfectly ripe peaches) and a few drops of wild raspberry. It is a classic aperitif, with an inebriating peach fragrance.

FRANCE

Beajolais villages “domain de la treille”
Also known as 'the only white wine that happens to be red', it is recommended that this wine is served at lower temperatures. It is light bodied, a perfect paring for light foods and salads.

Chateau Bois Pertuis – Bordeaux
Deep, dark red color, bright and brillisnt. Aromas of red and black fruits, blackcurrant, spices and fresh grass. Full harmonious palate. A perfect accompaniment to red meat served in a sauce or braised, and also chocolate dessert. This wine is ideal for spicy meat dishes, and particularly successful with Spanish, Mexican or Creole cuisine.

Parker Coonawarra Estate Terra Rossa Carbenet Sauvignon
Deep color with a purple tinge. Notes to touch on is the liquorice and blackcurrant fruit maintaining a firm tannin finish.
