Mirinda Somerlon Semilion/Chardonnay
An elegant wine with aromas of citrus, apple and peach which combine beautifully with the subtle oak character. The palate is rich with flanours of apples and citrus from the Semilion, which are complimented byt the peach and dried fig characters of Chardonnay. For added complexity a portion of Semilion was fermented on oak which created a medium bodied wine and creamy texture with a smooth lingering finish.
Little Yering Chardonnay
Intense with subtle flintiness, with white peach, nectarine and citrus blossom. Shows a creamy, roasted - almond - like - oak complexity. Medium weight with a rich palate and fruit supported by well-integrated French oak and balanced acidity. Great length in the finish, with refreshing grapefruit and nectarine character.
